An Air Force Veteran that started in Real Estate in 2002. Real Estate became a passion. Watching the look on a first time home buyers face, or those that upgraded or downsized their home are priceless. John has bought and sold homes personally, and for friends and family, with a "You First", service attitude. Real Estate has had it's challenges with Attorney's and Mortgage Companies. John was raised in Newark, New Jersey, with 2 siblings, and a widowed mom. As a child, John had aspirations of becoming a Scientist. Never in a million years did he think he would stumble into the Real Estate industry, but you can't always predict where, or when, you'll discover what you were meant to do in life. As the years went by, John worked his way from a Night Crew Chief at a supermarket, to becoming a Sales Trainer and Internet Manager in the automobile, and Real Estate industry. John never wavered to become the best version of himself with each career move. John got into Real Estate 23 years ago, when he was talking to a family member. He set out to use the interaction experience he learned from those he met and worked with, to become the person he is today. As his career advanced, John found stride working with Expired Listings, First Time home buyers, and those either up sizing or downsizing their current homes. Being a Realtor, John knows that there are 4 ways a home needs to shown, to be ready for sale. There is the Presentation, the Exposure, the Marketing, and the Pricing.
